Founder and Director of Operations
As a business consultant, Shourav leverages his 15+ years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, corporate sales, and business development to drive revenue and growth for organizations. Shourav has experience working in leading media, telecommunications, non-profit organizations, and with the government of Canada. He transformed as a serial entrepreneur and has been operating his business in Asia, Middle East, and in North America.

Shourav has a master’s degree in international communication from the Royal Roads University, post graduation in journalism from India, and a bachelor’s in communication in Bangladesh. He has certification in project management, finance management, and business analysis which enables him to understand the market trend, strategize business model, and create the framework for businesses. He is very capable to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across different markets and cultures.

Shourav is passionate about creating and delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs and expectations of his clients. He uses his social media marketing expertise to generate leads, build relationships, and increase brand awareness. He is also committed to continuous learning and professional development, as evidenced by his recent certifications in personal branding, emotional intelligence, and presentation skills.

Aziz Keissi

Aziz Keissi is a North America–experienced technology executive with 15+ years of proven leadership in the tech industry, spanning project delivery, product development, enterprise partnerships, and global team building.

He has successfully collaborated with leading U.S. and global enterprises including Oracle, SAP, and Deltek, as well as high-growth startups such as ElectroNeek Robotics, Revenue Grid, and StarWind, delivering scalable SaaS, AI, and automation solutions across industries including CRM, virtualization, and RPA.

Aziz combines deep technical expertise with customer-focused leadership, having built and scaled high-performing, distributed teams across 15+ countries while consistently achieving exceptional results and metrics.

Dithni Perera
